and our state's rights, independence and sovereignty have given up hope.
They waited for a 'sign", an indication the madness masquerading as sober governance
will finally end. They yearned for the members of Congress to work for the people who
elected them, not the central bureaucracy which dictates to the states rather then serving
them. They looked for a president who would not push programs without support of the
states, using the threat of lost federal funds to drive states to be submission.
At times they felt all was lost as a complicit media dutifully wrote supportive stories of
expanse of central govt no matter the cost to states and citizens.
Today, President Obama issued a "decree" ordering all public schools in the country to
allow transgender students to use the bathroom and locker room of their choice. Schools
were informed with a letter from both the Justice Department and Department of Education.
Maybe the American people are finally receiving the "sign" they have been waiting for,
coming in the form of a "straw", a straw delivered by President Obama which may cripple
the expanse and intrusion on states.
I expect the outcry from the states will be deafening, and even louder than the ones which
have all but destroyed the future of Common Core.
Its not a coincidence the people against men using ladies restrooms are the same who were
against national education dictates, these are the parents who refuse to be bullied when in
comes to the well being of their children.
Its bad enough public schools are losing students to private, religious and home schools.
But rather than improving public education, the US Dept. of Education continues to
believe indoctrinating through "social engineering" is what children need.
Let's home people of faith, whether they are Catholic, Christian,or Muslim join the ranks of
the millions of parents to take back public education from the federal government.
Perhaps, President Obama's "decree" will be the long awaited "straw"!
