What was old is new again in Hollywood!

So many in Hollywood feel compelled to voice their opinions on complex
problems and issues affecting out country, even when no one asked them.

They really believe the public wants to know what they think or that what
they have to say has more import than the opinions of millions of Americans
working at menial jobs and barely paying their bills.

Hollywood elitists are so consumed with themselves. They don't care about
any opinion outside their own sphere of influence or what is politically driven. 

To them spouting unasked for viewpoints is almost a requirement and must be
done, often dripping with disrespect for opposing viewpoints leaving images
of the "dark ages" of the 1950s when out of the mainstream views led to blacklists
in the very town which now finds such behavior righteous!

Its no secret most up and coming actors are fearful daring to criticize the "accepted"
view would isolate them and perhaps destroy their careers. Only a few who gained
powerful positions can withstand  the 'cookie cutter' thinking permeating within the
movie industry.

This un-American behavior is not limited to Hollywood, it can be found throughout
the spectrum of journalism , education, media and even corporations. This is the new
world that "free speech" must fit must neatly into or risk being censured and happens
so often its not even considered newsworthy.

This may be the 21st century, but in some respects its still the 1950s!
